Processing & Dispatch

All our products are made to order. Please allow approximately 5-10 days for us to make your order before it is ready for dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the destination country. In most cases, delivery takes up to 7 days after dispatch.

Please note that this estimate does not include any unexpected delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Duties & Taxes

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to most countries supported by our Shopify shipping service.

Where DDP is available, applicable customs duties and taxes are prepaid, so you should not normally have to pay these charges when your order arrives.

Customs Delays

We make every effort to prepare and dispatch your order on time. However, customs clearance is handled by the authorities in the destination country and is outside our control.
